Es wird über eine katamnestische Nachbefragung von N = 146 Eltern berichet, die ihr Kind 2 Jahre zuvor in einer kinder- und jugendpsychiatrischen Poliklinik vorgestellt hatten. Insgesamt zeigte sich hinsichtlich der Symptome sowie für alle analysierten Diagnosen und Therapiemaßnahmen ein überwiegend positiver Verlauf. Dissoziale Störungen und multiple Entwicklungsrückstände und damit zusammenhängend funktionelle Therapieformen hatten ein relativ ungünstigeres Verlaufsergebnis. Die Grenzen wie die Wertigkeit der Nachuntersuchungsmethodik werden kritisch erörtert.
