Most children with primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs) now reach adulthood, and assessment of their long-term health status has become a major challenge. Barlogis et al (p 1275) report the results of a multicenter prospective follow-up program addressing the physical health condition of French patients with PIDs who reached adulthood and their quality of life.
