These duplications were inadvertently introduced during figure assembly. Review of the original data generated in the lab at that time (2000–2002), as well as subsequent studies, confirmed the conclusions of the manuscript. However, in the interest of maintaining accuracy in the published scientific literature and because the initial figures were not up to the standards of JBC, the authors wish to withdraw this article. The authors apologize for these errors.
