Der Verlauf bei 103 Kindern mit Enuresis nach einem durchschnittlichen Zeitraum von 2,7 Jahren ergab eine Remissionsrate von 63°/c. Die Zahlen variierten beträchtlich für verschiedene Untergruppen. Die Enuresis in Verbindung mit einer Störung des Sozialverhaltens zeigte den ungünstigsten Verlauf. Mädchen reagierten auf Behandlungsniaßnahmen besser als Jungen. Ein hoher Wert fur Verhaltensauffalligkeiten ging mit einem ungunstigen Verlauf einher. Ein Maß fur die Gesamtverbesserung ergab uber die Remissionsraten hinaus zusatzliche Informationen
