mp-MRI of the prostate is a complex study that combines anatomic and functional imaging. The complexity of this technique, along with an increasing demand, has brought new challenges to imaging interpretation. The Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System provides radiologists with guidelines to standardize interpretation.
