Abstract
A 42-year-old man presented with 6-month history of right-sided congestive heart failure. The echocardiographic evaluation demonstrated a large right atrial tumor interfering with the function of the tricuspid valve. The patient underwent successful surgical resection of the tumor, taking due precautions to avoid pulmonary embolism.
