Guideline concordant care improves overall survival for locally advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma patients: a National Cancer Data Base analysis

Several socioeconomic factors, including lack of insurance and geography, and patient/disease specific factors, including increasing adenocarcinoma histology and sex, are associated with receipt of non guideline-concordant care. Non guideline-concordant care is associated with poorer survival outcomes.
