EGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Sensitive Exon 19 insertion and Exon 20 insertion in Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

We analyzed the responsiveness of EGFR TKI to two rare EGFR mutations, exon 19 insertion and exon 20 (A763_Y764 insFQEA). The response rate for Exon 19 insertion was 56% and the median TTP was 10.4 months. The response rate for Exon 20 (A763_Y764 insFQEA) was 73% and the median TTP was 5.0 months. They both are sensitive to EGFR TKI.
